Kincella , really says it all , the problem is with any potential growth , needs to be compared with what you may otherwise do privately , whereas your yields should be okey , and stability great ..Capital growth can be no existant even in a rising market .
Like anything with a rental guarantee thread very carefully , and compare with what can be purchased " externally " ..for me personally , would never be of any interest .
