for a start the base does not move.... this investment will appeal to a lot of people, the ones looking for an income stream,,,not worried about flipping or capital gains... and 10-12 years stream, no missed repayments or vacancy period, absolutely no repairs,,,,is attractive....
its probably better than some peoples super streams past few years... the capital gains are there.....just not as fast or as high but that could change.... these defence homes have been available for about 20 years...so there must be a following..... just do more research....I bet they are popular with defence people, good solid bricks and mortar
