does a 12 year lease mean you cant up the rent for 12 whole years?
i though rents go up as house prices go up?
if house prices are going to go up as you would have to belive buying a investement property - then how much money are you going to miss out on while everyone else ups the rent every 6 - 12 months who bought a normal investment prop?
if you belive housing will double in 10 years, then everyone else is going to get $900 a week rent, while your still getting $450
