Having been in investment banking and around brokers for nearly 40 years, let me point out that there are rainmakers and ambulance chasers. The latter piggy back off, in this instance, a takeover and regard the yellow pages as their client list,and rainmakers quietly get it done. If it's the latter,follow the big bucks because thats' the only way you get a seat at the table after a bid.
