tyc target statement out TYC Target statement out this afternoon, as anticipated DO NOT ACCEPT Crosby bid.
Bid at 64cps is now 12cps behind mkt.
Whilst the statement did not include an Independant Expert's report (no legal rqmt.), it did map out a future series of actions which I alluded to a few weeks ago; which would also map to step function increases in price over the next 18 months.
TYC did not offer a counter valuation to Crosby's, but I'm sure I read a few months ago a statement by D.Moore, that just the unmined prospects of TYC when bfs is completed would see them as a $3-4 company on an International stage.
There is lots happening with overseas jv suitors, offers to financial backing etc and an AIM listing (which was nearly completed before Crosby bid) plus an asian listing.
Huge upside, and management certainly give a great insight into all that they have done over the years to eventually make this another Escondida in time...really gives one a lot of confidence.
I hold, but really ain't biased on this one.
