tyc supp bidders statement out The supplementary bidders statement is very good from one perspective, in that it's pushing TYC to put a number on their valn.
Interesting that TYC didn't feel they needed an Independant Experts Report on valn. as a defensive move.
I think TYC sees the Crosby offer so far off the mark they wont provide a valn....anyway Crosby hasnt upped the offer...still offering 64cps and the bloody stock is trading at 79.5cps...also no Crosby LR3.1 disclosure as to substantial holding; so therefore they haven't even got to a 5% holding yet.
