Yes I see AIS is initially noted by the journalist as appearing to be a logical next target.
Although he/she then in a roundabout way infers that AIS is not a logical target because Harmony needs more ore resources and not idle mill capacity.
IMO if Harmony does take out AIS it would easily find the cash needed to invest in developing enough ore to keep all its mills in the region operating.
