Yes, its a fairly short period for the sample stat, but may reveal something about the mindset, sentiment & new house price differentials ... I dunno, but I'm using it to be parochial about good o'l SA being more prudent than the rest!!!.. well, being more realistic about the Mc Mansion factor any way...
