For me 1 VWAP + 40% = last SPP price
Not a takeover value, VWAP is widely used as a benchmark, but we do have crisis in Europe and few other things which dragged the whole market down which makes the VWAP is ridiculously low.
My take is last SPP + 40% = possible takeover value
