    By your own definition the ESG "Spoiler Bidder" is already there and been there for a long while now.... in the form of STO. So your newest theory hasn't worked to date.

    You need to come up with another new theory..... "Spoil the Spoiler". Not that easy when the Spoiler already has a direct shareholding of over 20% and holds 35% vital JV interests.
