You can make your voice heard on the way to slaughter if you like to use that analogy. I think your point has been made and given plenty of consideration. It has gone from "giving feedback" to whinging, that is my point. I don't believe you have to persist bleating (to use your word).
What I prefer to do is to wait. Management has a planfor the enxt 6 months that is designed to put the company is a position where we would all like to see it. If at 30 June 2013 there is no progress as per the plan then I will join your choir. Until then I am a realist, not a sheep. And unlike you, I am not on my to slaughter.
