there are two ways of doing it.
Don't sell your shares. Barrick have 82%, They need 90% to go to compulory acquisition. That will take you beyond June 30th.
The second is, if you took up the offer, don't bank the cheque until July. It's in Cad$ and you can't pay the tax until you know how much Aud you have made in capital gains.
