In case of a capper being active, such trading is always insider related as it is agenda driven.
Wether that capper is fully informed about ongoings or simply a broker being told what to do is impossible to say.
What seems obvious is that buying volume is increasing and sell side is weakening with a large amount of buy orders waiting for confirmation of expected news.
Market always anticipates news to some degree, its a common phenomenon as updates are not kept as tight as the ASX or others claim.
This buying pressure also coincides with timeframes
for testing cycles within the industry, anticipating an outcome of the last testing batch after 4 to 5 months.
