with an estimated 2-10 billion barrels in place and puntland crying out for cash to feed its people u would think that an accelerated oil program will commence as soon as seismics are completed. for the sake of the starving people of puntland lets hope they can get development and oil revenues to create some wealth, they deserve some luck. range and aoi should be proud of themselves for what they are trying to achieve
