I can't understand the slow and lack lusture reaction to this...

I can't understand the slow and lack lusture reaction to this news - I have followed and whatched this stock for a long time now and it defies logic that when there was the promise of Gas last year the stock went up around the 20 cent mark. Now that there IS commercial gas and the gas prices are going up, this announcement should be all this stock needed to fly again. So why isn't it ? Are we in a cash crisis and no-one out there can buy ?
