One thing that is worrying is the average size of the order. When I had a look today, the number of shares on the buy side was (slightly) higher than the number of shares on the sell side. However, the number of buyers on the buy side was much larger than the number of sellers.
So the average order on the buy side was much smaller (maybe 10 times smaller) than the sell side orders. Guess who wins? The big boys. Doesn't look like TOL holders selling out to me, they would have been small sell orders.
Now, as to *WHY* the big boys are selling out? Beats me, I have NFI on this one. It looks like such a compelling buy to me, it's frustrating.
