Very interesting idea of merging VBA and REX.
VBA is well organised for long haul and higher passenger number movements.
REX is well organised for shorter haul and lower passenger number movements.
Both could easily feed passengers into each other and improve service to rural and remote areas.
Hold some VBA considering some REX.
