re: is that lunatic Yep? And, even if 2mill people can see the sign, how many are able to make out what video image is at night anyway. Not suggesting that the location worth less than US$1.25mill but curious in comparing it to other very visible signs in 4TS - may help Lumacom to decide whether further funds are worth putting into another face on the building or whether smaller signs in "better" locations are a better way to go.
