So it looks like John Houston and Johann Young have sold the Sapio business twice and pocketed same serious cash in the process. I suspect the vehicle used was Sovereign Keys in the HK (am i out of the park on that one Morley?).
I'm struggling to understand how they convinced the market that Nexbis with its "locked in deals" and was worth 76 mill - its crazy. Maybe Bernie Madoff was on the board of this company?
