A remuneration committee has been established, consisting solely of of independent directors and chaired by an
independent director. The committee has only two members, which is at variance with the ASX Recommendations.
Given the stage of life of the entity and the relative size of the Company and its Board, the Board does not believe that a larger remuneration committee is warranted. The Board will consider enlarging the remuneration committee as the Company continues to grow in future years.
Funny how 2 ppl can decide on a pay increase like that...i guess its better than one LOL
