When you don't hear from a company for a long time a lot of people can think that means they aren't doing anything. What is usuallly happening is that the company is negotiating or waiting for government or third party approvals to come through. Once they do they announce the outcome and it takes the market by surprise. Any material announcement of substance could see this company valued significantly more than its pure net assets as it can dramatically change market sentiment.
