If shaz excepts 40mill she is acting in her own interest, thus a violation of the corporations act. She only brang on Spring tree to save her and her director buddies from a CR cause they own over 30% of LCY shares (hence CR under subscribed if they dont buy). Thats why she has been dancing around the CR issue for so long.

I hope she realises S/H wont go for a dilution like this and to act in our interest.... ahhh Agency problems
