I am not absolutely sure, but certainly the reserves in the the annoucements seem to indicate that they are separate reserves of each category. Eg the contingent reserves for Muhalo are listed as 1C 224Pj, 2C 385 Pj and 3C 389 Pj. If they reserves were inclusive you expect 3C to be greater than 1C and 2C combined ie greater than 609 Pj, but 3C is listed as 389 Pj. Hope that makes sense. Maybe a O&G person can confirm.
