It's a traders market and has been since GFC. And will continue to be so for many years to come until the US can fix it's three big issues which are keeping many out of the markets in fear of GFC2.

Housing
Debt
Until the US fixes those three problems and gets it's economy back on track the markets will continue to be a traders market.
