Sorry, rusty, I have to disagree. The placement money is in, yes. As for the retail component, underwriters can have, and in this case, do have, conditions on underwriting. I have written those conditions in other posts, but one of them is that the GOA share price for the ordinary share ought not go under 2c for the period of the raising. Patersons can choose to go ahead anyway, but to suggest the retail raising is unconditionally guaranteed is not the case.
