Hey 600sl ...I like the part about the annulus testing ...I may need this soon because these delays are starting to give me the squirts.
There were some positives out of this announcement ...but the total amount of building and commissioning is finite and surely should have been quantified previously. Either there have been problems with the customer agreeing with final designs or there have been engineering / construction problems.
Would provide some more confidence if they could be honest about the reasons for the delays.
