Maybe Harleys should release a "we were wrong" statement,
or the managent are full of it.

    Same with the jonesville coal.
One annoucement on aquisition and nothing since.
Two speeding tickets in the last 6 months for BLR and one was at the time of application for renewal and the other
    only a few weeks ago.
Meeting on monday with locals regarding the permit renewal and nothing from the management.
They are advertising for sale or j/v of jonesville and no comment.

From the Office of surface mining reclamation and enforcement evaluation july2009 to june 30 2010.

"In december 2008,BLR,aquired a 100% interest in Jonesville coal project.Ranger Alaska LLC.applied to DMLW
for a permit transfer.DMLW determined that the permit transfer request was both complete and technically adequate.
Additionally Raanger Alaska posted a replacement bond in the amount of $251615 to cover the cost of outstanding reclamation obligations.
Ranger Alaska has been aggresively upgrading the infrastructure on the permit site as well as pursuing some outstanding reclamation obligations;however mining appears to be no closer to reality than in years past."

Just complete arrogance from a lot of directors everywhere
IMO to not keep shareholders informed.

Maybe Haynes is busy with CVY and can't multitask.

They should release an announcement asap if the permit for jonesville is renewed with plan going forward as well as
plans for taylor ranch and hansen.
Maybe some people are not miners and just waiting for dumb luck and the right price.
