    I live in the real world. The bark from the mill is sold, the bark that falls off in the forest is not of course - that would be a costly mission to recover off the ground and not worth it. I'm sure people all over the planet dont fully utilise their resources and they will go broke faster.....turn the pressure up too high on the harvester and you lose bark recovery.

    They will not want bark going in to a paper mill! They will spend money to fully remove it with a debarking process at that mill also. You dont see bark mountains at paper mills because they will sell it.
