value isn't always everything, it's not at all uncommon for the market to push the sp well beyond even reasonable value for a time due to anticipation based on key factors such as quality management, location, neighbouring success, work under way pending announcements etc. If you are a LTI then yes buy only for less than you think the eventual MC will settle at and put them in the bottom drawer.
