Media seems to think the property market is Sydney and Melbourne.....we have been screwed for years in WA in most sectors and the $50k handout has just opened the floodgates for the building companies to take the mickey and trades like brickies almost doubling their rates in the project home market. Huge land sales and builders closing the order books.....another bubble waiting for a pin. But lets hope that DEG and other goldies help us all make a tidy profit over the coming year. Damn I should have bought that house in Newman for a 26% gross return 8 months ago!
