Morning all.
Happened to read it at midnight last night.
Upon first sight , I thought, how stupid to let that go.
Like QH says," just shovel it in to a plant process it at very low cost."
Why let that go?
The condition of the second payment in year two is that If Indee is settled.
That suggests to me that they may have come up with a plan to defer settlement and could suggest a NSR instead of lump sum payment to the Chinese? Smart imo, if thats what they have done but why put that condition into year two?
Then comes the loss of the alluvial component.
This tells me that Novo eventually will build a plant to process their own and going by the confidence level of QH of late, I will be expecting some good news from those lag gravel samples coming in very soon.
Deg must have a lot of confidence in the hard rock and that they can put max through their panned 1mtpa plant.
They will now multiply output with a 80/20 jv.
By now deg must have an idea of metrics, plant throughput, possible max output, etc.
Also consider the Ore sorting. Deg will no doubt be doing that with Toweranna as it is very well suited to that optimisation but novo will also be Ore sorting at the same time. For anyone not familiar with the capabilities of these machines, I suggest some research on it.
The alluvial could have been the high grade top up for the Planned deg plant but if I am reading this correctly, Ore sorting will offer high concentration for our plant without it and allow our up front capital expense to stay down around the $100m while increasing our metrics.
Then add to that what novo will be doing simultaneously.
@joseywales I like that quote mate. They are useless Kangaroo paddocks? Not bloody likely.
The pressure is building and the ann's are getting closer. (lag gravel grades by novo and our Toweranna along with Ore sorting results).
There is still a huge amount of undrilled stucture on deg land with klm and klm and klm of potential strike. About 220 klm actually.
This agreement also suggest to me, that deg are becoming more confident in just what may have been discovered at Toweranna and Sth West of Mt Berghaus.
No? Then why give away those lag gravels?
Just my ideas after reading the nr.
My sentiment is increasing again and so is my enthusiasm to increase my holdings again. Let's get that Indee deal out of the way and the cr for more exploration.
Kind regards, Wack.
