Yes IMO this is a good deal... it would take years to explore lag gold, let NOVO do it... its a big bonus if they find viable resource, it will give DEG solid leverage to any sensitive news out of Novo, and will likely give us more exposure to investors.
We are not giving away our conglomerates or structural and there’s a solid buffer in place as well... very good news...
