    Argonaut happened to be the co lead manager for the last Deg share placement ,so its hardly unbiased.It has a business relationship with DEG.So no doubt made a few million out of the 125 million share placement of DEG that it co managed .No doubt when DEG has to raise more money through a share sale of several hundred million shares Argonaut will be on hand with fake news about a takeover that never seems to happen.
