I had a comment deleted, and it seemed a whole thread section was deleted on what I consider to be similar and highly questionable grounds.
The 5 cents is bordering on lunacy, and remains intact, completely unsupported and would appear to be nothing more than an obnoxious irritant.
So, are the rules and decision criteria fully transparent?
