probably NST have removed the barrier for goldfields……..probably why GOR haven’t come out in support for the deal.
Gibbs and co have been outplayed again, sleeping on the job. Good news for shareholders as GOR did nothing for them - crap dividends, failed exploration, failed M&A. The right thing to go would be to distribute the new NST shares to shareholders in GOR rather than let these losers spunk this windfall away
