Maybe I used too much marmalade and should have done half in half with raw sugar. Don't follow a recipe and this year's glaze is not as brittle as I like.
Serve up with P & O (Mooloolaba prawns and Coffin Bay oysters). And Josey, at the end of the day not only is the glazer glazed, but the whole world is also.
