Yes,rgdk I've been reading into the Announcements that even more than the previously declared $13mil is at risk.
The whole "Investment" asset may/could be on d'Dodge."Still paying interest but not convertible"

Seeing as CFU does Nothing for Oz emissions due to Non Application to Air Conditioning/Cooling,there is little chance of any major subsidy from Penny'n'Pete's Department.
The Germans are already up for Euro6000/unit.What motivation have they to kick in more?

What's happening with Ceres? Are they on this slippery slope SP wise?Or are they still solidifying their Eminent Position with "sub standard stuff"?

Remember that the so called Green/Ethical funds got their 5%ish stake out of that 40cent placement.Woodside and Ergon, founding Sub Holders did NOT participate in that and preferred to be diluted. They may also prefer to Write Off their whole Investment, rather than do a TTH!!!

Companies can have their Technical Expertise/the whole Company taken over/eliminated without some Super Premium to existing shareholders being paid.
It's called Capital Reorganisation.Management usually support this because they get paid off!!
Works by Cancelling existing shares/Issue new ones to new Holders [eg Ceres]
Quite Cruel, but brings on a New Slate.Advances the Technology, perhaps but can ruin the small, long term investor,by diluting their existing holdings and value.

pixie-you still in contact with that wise, old goat who put you onto this?

    cheers.
