quotas are a different thing altogether. some use of quotas has worked for the Lab mob.
the Libs have shown that without an effort to attract non-white male hetero dudes the change doesn't happen as they remain focused on keeping their white male hetero platform safe and clear.
I've no problem with employing on merit.... as long as the merits of those who aren't white male hetero are included having the same weight. businesses aren't political parties. people of all sorts will apply for work. they just need to be weighed on the same scale, not disadvantaged by gender, heritage and sexuality.
