Thanks DUB, an interesting and scary article.
There must be a better way to manage recalcitrant nations that promote terrorist activities. I seem to recall that Lybia was one of these examples that did turn around. Sure there was the famous bombing raid after Lockabie but most of the change has occured via non miliatary means. It has also happened without a regime change and hence hasn't caused any internal instability. I see that it is now an emerging tourist destination.....who would have thought this possible 10 years ago.
