Looking at the Appendix 3Bs, this is a FURTHER 28 million shares in ADDITION to the 17 million placed in July, a total of 45 million shared placed at 17 cents, raising a total of $7.6M.
The real question has to be the discount this second placement received to the market price given the appreciation in the sp over the last 2-3 weeks.
