    This is a traders stock. Solid confirmation from flow testing is whats needed to move this stock.
    From the latest announcement...
    "Based on the available data ADX has estimated the mean contingent oil........"
    Its all a bit wishy washy. Nothing concrete in that, hence traders are all over it. Very little investor dollars has come in yesterday and today IMO. Just traders playing the .01 spread.
    All IMO.
