and we always believe what companies say of course.... this is a screw-up of major proportions and no one wants to acknowledge it....
actually not that hard to drill out steel pipe, the cutter is guided by existing pipe and it's just a matter of chewing through it with many changes of milling cutter, but the concrete will slow down the ops....
there's no quick fix, but I do believe it can be done..... more time , more money....
looking like Cinderella was actually one of the ugly sisters but you couldn't tell the difference because you were pi$$ed....
