Sorry,I thought I was on to something which may have pushed things along at THR, and trusted my Memory before checking the Announcement.
I've just checked that BTV Announcement 23/5/07 regarding those Incentive Share Options.
15th of August is the Correct Date and the 200,000 Share Options on that Date and may not need the BTV share Price to be at 25 Cents on that Date,however they will require the BTV Share Price to be above 25 Cents to be Exercised.
