Highly entertaining BB but only if the writer was credible,does he not know about airport emissions and that coal usage will pass oil within 4 years?
The only way that carbon will reach even $20 a tonne is by direct Govt intervention,the free market has spoken and told the politicians that they are hopelessly out of touch with reality ,so be it.
