I can't find any reply to red's post.
Please explain where you are coming from with this outburst.

    My post earlier today.

Oh what can one say -

The $$$'s amount was pretty close to what was expected.
$20m license fee - non refund
Up to 55m convert note - can be take as cash payback or stock
    16.7m warrant for stock - approx. $21m
(The above two could add up to 50m+ new stock issued)
So we can lay our hands on approx $110m (includes the $15m dep) . Maybe more over time.
But gee we have a lot of $$'s to pay back over time. Or dilution.

Not much in the way of details of which products to be bought in the future. Volumes would help.

Now the deal is done, the clean out of staff begins. Interesting to know who goes. Time will tell.
(minimum CEO/Chair, CFO, any body responsible with Discover Fund deal and maybe the COO)
Won't debate this - but everyone has a use by date.

We have survived and now it is the slow recovery game.
The game is the same - shorts will kick this until production.

The major questions still to be answered.
An update on the pathway for the company.
And when will some meaningful production revenue start coming in.

I hope the clean out of staff happens very quickly - we need new people in there asap and then they need to open up to the SH what is happening and future plans.

And to all the dreamers and UP rampers - I hope you learnt something from all of this.
Don't put the cart before the donkey. eeoorr eeoorr!!

    Time to chill out.
In summary we have quite a lot of money now. Clean up the management team and tell us what is happening. And a long road to go.
Lighten up mate - don't take everything so serious.
All I asked was if you had sold. As you said you might the other week. And you go off your face.
