Agree that it is quite aspirational @ajotsu!
For the previous quarterly, it's important to consider that CYL just took the "keys" to Plutonic at the start of July so the quarterly AISC is impacted by lower production over the first month or two.
So if you look at the monthly production numbers from July - Sep, and assume a pretty much fixed cost of $15m/month (even our friend PB would agree to that), then the AISC is definitely trending down. For Sept at a prodn of 6700oz the AISC is around $2250. To get to $2000, which I agree would be impressive, they'll need production to be around 7500oz/mth.
I guess we should be seeing those production numbers in the next few days.
