Now CYL has been classified as a mining producing entity it will be required to lodge a quarterly activity report within one month after quarter end (that is by 31 January) but it is no longer required to lodge a quarterly cash flow report. It just has to provide a summary of the expenditures on its mining and exploration activities for the quarter.
The half yearly report will be required to be lodged with the ASX within 2 months after period end. That is by 29 Feb at the latest.
My experience with CYL over the years is that good production results are released ASAP after quarter end whereas average or bad production results are hidden in the quarterly report which is usually lodged on the last possible day.
