Rotto and I hate long posts I'd concede that point (which is dependent on Alecfra not trading). but is he/she has... from reading Alecfra's post... he / she has indicated a long term relationship with the company, (therefore strong possibility of buying selling shares and he/she has not indicated he/she is an employee) and has suggested that he/she has been privvy to information over a period of time. that may not be public. If the information was not public, I would suggest this comes very close to insider trading. Have to be careful with my words.

Of course this all very moot, as the Sp has been woeful, so money has not been made on the upside, however it would appear that insiders are getting out wanting to offload shares and who can blame them. In that case pretend to have info and comically ramp the hell out of the stock...so maybe that all it is.
