Let's make it clear for everyone: there is NO DELAY.

BNB was to put in place a proposal by the 9th of January. They have in fact submitted the proposal before the 9th of January and expect the response the week of 12th January.

The fact that instos are buying big time as the proposal has been submitted says only one thing: the news is GOOD!
