CDE are the go to place for high level testing, my guess is that there is some technical advice as well, you do not need CDE if you have average grade, that can be done in Perth, this is telling me 99.95 + one thing that is known is the extremely low iron level at Muchea....critical for solar glass and other high value end product, lab glassware has to be inert as hell. Top dollar stuff here.
